Aaron is the founder and CEO of Asurgent Health, building the organization from the ground up into a comprehensive continuum of care for individuals and families navigating substance use disorder. Known for his compassionate leadership and innovative approach to care, Aaron has created an organization where clinical excellence meets genuine human connection. He leads with both heart and vision—fostering a culture where staff feel valued and clients receive the dignity and support, they deserve on their recovery journey. Kathleen Mahoney

Kathleen Mahoney is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory designation and over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, addiction services, and clinical leadership. She specializes in person-centered, trauma-informed care with expertise in medication-assisted treatment, co-occurring disorders, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy. Kathleen has led clinical teams across outpatient, residential, and in-home treatment settings, developing programs that improve access to care and support recovery.

She is skilled in motivational interviewing, case management, and peer advocacy. Courtney brings empathy and lived insight to her work, helping clients build sustainable paths toward recovery and lasting wellness.

Edward Reed is a Licensed Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. His background includes intensive outpatient programming, crisis intervention, and integrated dual-disorder treatment. Edward takes a strength-based approach to help clients achieve stability, recovery, and long-term independence.

Les specializes in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing, helping individuals and families move toward lasting recovery.

Tamara Harris serves as a Case Manager and CDCA Counselor at Asurgent Health, where she advocates for clients, connects them with life-changing resources, facilitates recovery-focused groups, and helps them turn barriers into achievable goals. Her professional background spans healthcare, behavioral health, and substance-use treatment, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges her clients face. In June 2026, Tamara earned her associate's degree in Human and Social Services while continuing to grow in her career and pour into the lives of others. She does this work because she believes everyone deserves to be seen for who they can become — not judged solely by what they have survived.

Raffy Mulivor is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Asurgent Health, where he works as part of a team supporting people striving to better their lives. He holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and helps clients strengthen their mental wellbeing and their ability to stay sober through a range of services. Raffy works one-on-one with clients in individual therapy sessions, facilitates group counseling, and completes assessments as needed. He takes pride in helping the individuals he serves build their lives and their capacity to help themselves.

His approach to care is holistic and centered on seeing the whole person, not just a diagnosis. He believes in meeting clients where they are, recognizing their strengths, and partnering with them to support meaningful and lasting recovery.

Christina's experience spans a variety of backgrounds, beginning in case management before her recent transition into intake coordination, where she developed a strong passion for helping people navigate challenging circumstances. As she continues her education and grows professionally, she remains focused on advocacy, mental health, and building a career centered on serving others.
